Ingredientes:
1 limão
açucar (o conteúdo de um copo de água)
4 ovos
100 grs de natas
100 grs de açucar (bem moído)
1 colher (chá) de açucar de baunilha
Preparação:
Rale a casca do limão e esprema o sumo. Num recipiente alto misture o açucar, (o do copo) os ovos, o sumo, e a raspa do limão. Bata o preparado com a "varinha mágica". Aqueça em lume brando durante cinco minutos sem deixar de mexer. Quando o creme estiver suficientemente expesso, retire do lume e deixe esfriar.
Junte as natas com o açucar moido e o açucar de baunilha.Junte ao creme de limão frio e bata ligeiramente para que o preparado fique homogéneo. Deite o creme obtido na geladora e coloque-a no congelador até que o motor pare.
Nota: Caso nao tenha Geladora, deite o preparado numa taça de plástico e guarde-a no congelador durante umas horas, retirando e batendo de meia em meia hora para evitar a formação de cristais.

A long entry by Anne Frank on April 5, 1944, written after more than a year and a half of hiding from the Nazis, describes the range of emotions 14-year-old Anne is experiencing:

Then I drew my knees to my chest, lay my head on my arms and cried, all huddled up on the bare floor.
